On Tuesday, November 11th, SBCC is hosting a blood drive to benefit the New York Blood Center in honor of Don Samonas, a longstanding member of our church, who recently went to be with his Savior.

SBCC is thrilled to partner with Operation Christmas Child, a global ministry founded by Samaritan's Purse. Each packed shoebox is a Christmas gift for a child in need, opening the door to gospel presentations and church discipleship in almost every country in the world. On Sunday November, 16th, Sunday, November 23rd, and Sunday, November 30th, SBCC is collecting non-perishable foods items to donate to Lighthouse Mission, a ministry our church is honored to partner with right here on Long Island. Ideas of perishable food include canned fruits and vegetables, rice, pasta, boxed mac'n'cheese, canned soup, canned meat, snacks, chips, cookies, sauce, peanut butter, jelly, grocery gift cards, etc. For more information on Lighthouse Mission, please see our "Missions" page. On Sunday, November 23rd, our church is gathering for a congregational meeting where we plan to discuss and vote on this coming year's budget, as well as discuss matters of the church. All members and regular members are requested to attend.
